Answer: Introduction Business plan is necessary for every business. Arrow Construction is the construction company of Australia. It is important for the company to have the business plan for future growth. Arrow Construction Australia has been building for over 15 years. The mission of the company is to raise its capital into high level for sick children. Along with that it wants to make fresh thinking with powerful partnering for the growth of the business. The objective of Arrow construction is to enhance the market scope. It is expertise in construction, design management, partnership project management and project delivery. Arrow construction is able to handle situation because it has number of skilled employees and board of directors. It has accomplished many projects regarding education, hospitality, residential, apartments and old aged home. To survive in the construction company, business need to require more than knowing how to provide standard projects along with connection with key people that matter (Wong, Demertjis, Hardie and Lo, 2014). Company structure Arrow construction company intent starting small from Ron Anderson and Bob foster was co-founder of this company. We are strong in financial condition but we do not have that much fund or investment to initiate new project on our basis. To grab the opportunity and investment in latest equipments, we require huge financial base. Opportunity of the company We have advantage in the form of vision, mission and business concept in the industry. We can start our business in all over the world. We can initiate new project because we are well established to perform not only with the state government but also with the highly repudiated sector of private. It would be opportunity for our company to enhance the number of employees who are skilled and capable. These steps can help us to think broader for the purpose of initiating new project (Gao and Low, 2014). Threat of the company There can be so many factors which can influence not only established company but also those companies that initiate its business newly. These factors can be policies of government, downturn of global economic and natural disasters which cannot be seen. These are the form of threats that we are likely going to face in the growth of our company in the place where our setup of company has effective appearance (Santos and Laczniak, 2015). Analysis of market Market trends It is the market trend of the company that it is always coming out with number of different procedures which help it to gain more within short span of time. It has been observed that the construction company is time consuming job majorly in the construction of enormous projects. The players of the construction industry are known about the policy of government that they are the biggest clients. Apart from that there is another trend of the construction company that is subletting of contracts. It is evident that construction enhances the power of leverage on their products and services to gain contracts and even in some cases after gaining the contract, they will more forward to sublet the contract to Construction Company which is smaller.
